KINETIC SOLUTIONS™ PROMOTES DAVID HOSKING TO PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

ST. LOUIS (June 1, 2002) - Geospatial information systems development firm Kinetic Solutions, LLC, recently promoted David Hosking as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Hosking's key responsibility is to provide a new strategic and tactical direction for the company and to expand on the company's traditional base of GIS-related services.

Hosking will guide the company's focus on offering clients value-added services and solutions that are entirely vertical from "end-to-end." The types of new services will include: business modeling; consulting; application development; database design and development; database conversion and migration; software programming; systems integration; data warehousing and hosting.

For the past year, as Director of the company's Professional Services Group at Kinetic Solutions, Hosking focused on diversifying the firm from its traditional focus in the telecommunications marketplace toward a broader base of GIS customers. With more than 25 years of experience in the geospatial industry, Hosking's specialty areas include designing GIS-based systems, data planning, designing land information systems and managing geodetic surveys. Hosking's executive-level experience includes his role as Vice President of Geonex Corporation and Vice President of International Business for American Cadastre. Prior to joining Kinetic Solutions, Hosking served as manager of Business Solutions and Program Director for Baymont Inc. in Florida, and as an associate of the GIS consulting firm of Tomlinson Associates Ltd. of Ottawa, Canada.

Hosking has presented seminars on GPS for Resource Mapping, The Need for GIS Planning , GIS in Risk Management, and Cadastral Systems in the Former Soviet Union. He holds multiple degrees in engineering, including a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa, Canada, and a Bachelors of Science in Surveying Engineering. He also maintains registration as a Professional Engineer in Ontario and as a Canada Lands Surveyor.
