SLMPD Parolee System

Kinetic Solutions developed and implemented a web-based Geographic Information System for mapping the location of parolees and probationers in the city of St. Louis and surrounding bi-state area. Kinetic Solutions developed custom applications to translate and consolidate parolee and probationer data held by several law enforcement agencies for use by the system. The Parolee and Probationer Mapping System (PPMS) was a unique data sharing exercise between multiple law enforcement jurisdictions and government departments in the region. In addition to map-based location information, the system provides a snapshot of each individual's record and terms of release. The system serves as an investigative tool to support the resolution of new crimes and provides parole officers with information and tools for case management.

Madison County Parolee System 

Kinetic Solutions implemented a web-based Geographic Information System for mapping the location of parolees and probationers for Madison County, Illinois.  Kinetic Solutions developed custom applications to translate and consolidate parolee and probationer data for use by the system.  The Parolee and Probationer Mapping System (PPMS) was a unique data sharing exercise between multiple law enforcement jurisdictions and government departments in Madison County.  In addition to map-based location information, the system provides a snapshot of each individual’s record and terms of release.  The system serves as an investigative tool to support the resolution of new crimes and provides parole officers with information and tools for case management.  Currently, the Madison County Probation Office provides Kinetic Solutions with daily updates to the parolee and probationer data to be used in the Parolee and Probation Mapping System.
