Kinetic Solutions, as part of KBA, provided computer services for a regional
database to track illegal activity and graphically represent crime
trends via color-coded maps. Kinetic Solutions linked the graphic
data to an Oracle database. The database covered the states of
Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Hawaii. Western States
Information Network is an agency of the U.S. Department of Justice.
