Training program which will be launched for the City
of Joplin, Missouri. The three-day ArcGIS Training
course will present students with the concepts and functionality
in ESRI's ArcGIS software. Kinetic Solutions has
developed this program specifically so that it may easily
and rapidly incorporate the client's data in order to
make the training more relevant to the everyday functions
and responsibilities of the participants.

Hector Cervantes, who will instruct the ArcGIS classes
for the City of Joplin. Cervantes has an extensive

The introductory course will include
a training session focusing on the basics about ArcGIS
software and how the different components of ArcGIS
work together to form a GIS software solution suite.
Students will learn to create maps using ArcMap,
manage and organize GIS data with ArcCatalog and use
the utilities offered by ArcToolBox. Kinetic Solutions
will incorporate data from the City of Joplin to provide
further examples. Kinetic Solutions will also
include an advanced ArcGIS Training course on cartographic
concepts, Crystal reports, annotation, Geocoding, spatial
analysis and advanced editing for the City of Joplin,
Missouri.
